At Least 2 Injured in 5-Vehicle Crash on Westbound State Route 58 at South Chester Avenue
Bakersfield, California (June 1, 2023) – At least two people were hurt in a Bakersfield car crash that happened Wednesday evening on State Route 58, the California Highway Patrol said.
The multi-vehicle pileup was reported shortly before 7 p.m. in the westbound lanes at South Chester Avenue.
First responders found five vehicles, including a semi-truck, involved in the accident.
At least two people suffered minor injuries in the crash.
Police officers did not immediately establish the cause of the collision.
