Glendale, AZ – A motorcyclist sustained life-threatening injuries in a hit-and-run accident that happened Thursday night in Glendale, authorities said.

The crash occurred just after 6:30 p.m. at 67th Avenue and Mountain View Road.

Police said the motorcyclist was hit by a driver who failed to stop and render help.

The rider was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries.

Reportedly, the suspect driver was later found and also hospitalized as a precaution. Details about whether there was any arrest made were not available.

The crash is under investigation.
