El Cajon, CA. – A motorcyclist died after colliding with an SUV Monday evening at Steele Canyon High School in El Cajon, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The wreck happened around 5:53 p.m. on Campo Road, also known as State Route 94, just in front of the high school.
The report said a motorcycle and a large SUV were involved in the crash.
Responding paramedics pronounced the motorcyclist dead at the scene at 6:07 p.m.
Campo Road was shut down following the deadly collision.
The crash happened just a day after another motorcyclist died in a collision with an SUV on East Main Street at Shady Lane in the same city. The incident occurred around 4:12 Sunday and also seriously injured a juvenile pillion passenger.
