Police reported that a vehicle traveling southbound on Paseo Laguna Seco tried to turn left onto Portola Avenue and collided with a motorcyclist heading west on Portola Avenue.
Livermore, CA.- A motorcycle rider was killed in a crash that occurred in Livermore on Monday morning, according to police.
The incident took place on Paseo Laguna Seco and Portola Avenue at around 3:30 a.m.
Police reported that a vehicle traveling southbound on Paseo Laguna Seco tried to turn left onto Portola Avenue and collided with a motorcyclist heading west on Portola Avenue.
The motorcyclist, a 47-year-old from Livermore, was killed in the crash.
The other driver, a 61-year-old Livermore resident, remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
The investigation is ongoing.
