Rider Killed in Granada Hills Accident on Balboa Boulevard
Granada Hills, California (February 26, 2022) – One person died following a motorcycle accident in Granada Hills on Saturday afternoon, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
A motorcyclist was traveling south in the 12200 block of Balboa Boulevard when they failed to stop for a red light and was struck by a pickup truck.
The incident happened just before 3 p.m.

The rider was pronounced deceased at the site of the accident.
The driver of the truck remained at the scene after the crash and tried to help the motorcyclist.
