Yuba County, CA. – A motorcyclist was injured in a collision with an SUV Tuesday afternoon in Linda, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The incident occurred around 1:45 p.m. near 1930 Hammonton Smartville Road.
A motorcycle and a red GMC SUV were involved in the accident.
The rider was left down in the roadway after the crash. A semi-truck blocked the eastbound lane to prevent the rider from being hit by oncoming vehicles.
The motorcyclist suffered minor to moderate injuries in the collision.
Authorities are investigating to determine the cause of the crash.
