Menifee, CA.- A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a traffic collision at an intersection in Menifee on Tuesday night, according to the Menifee Police Department.
The wreck took place on Daily and Scott roads at around 10 p.m. October 21.
According to the report, a 46-year-old Paramount man was riding a BMW motorcycle east on Scott Road when he collided with a westbound Toyota pickup that was trying to make a left turn.
The rider was ejected from the motorcycle and sustained critical injuries.
He was rushed to a trauma center, where he was placed under intensive care.
The driver of the truck, a 65-year-old Menifee resident, was unhurt and stayed at the scene.
Police reported that impairment was not suspected to have played a role in the incident, which remained under investigation.
