North Hollywood, CA.- A motorcycle rider was severely injured in a crash involving a hit-and-run driver in North Hollywood earlier this month, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The incident took place on Clybourn Avenue and Lull Street at about 8:50 p.m. August 14.
According to LAPD, a motorcyclist was traveling southbound on Clybourn Avenue when they were hit by a Honda sedan that was making a U-turn at the intersection.
The motorcyclist was rushed to a hospital with critical injuries.
The driver of the sedan continued heading north after hitting the motorcyclist.
Police believe the suspect was driving a dark-colored 1990s Honda sedan.
The search for the hit-and-run motorist is ongoing.
