Investigators determined that the motorcyclist was riding a 2018 Silver Aprilia RSV4 motorcycle when he collided with a 2023 black Chevrolet Silverado.
The rider was unresponsive, with severe injuries suffered in the collision.
The Orange County Fire Authority responded to the scene shortly after the crash and provided life-saving measures to the victim.
The motorcyclist was transported to a trauma center, where he was listed in critical condition.
The driver of the pickup truck stopped and cooperated with authorities.
