Minor Injuries Reported in Lathrop Car Accident on 5 Freeway near Lathrop Road off-Ramp
Lathrop, California (December 21, 2022) – Authorities are investigating a multi-vehicle collision that happened Tuesday afternoon in Lathrop.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident was reported at about 2:33 p.m. on southbound Interstate 5 at the Lathrop Road off-ramp.
A black GMC Acadia, a gray Nissan Sentra and a red Dodge sedan were involved in the collision.
Firefighters responded to the scene and blocked the No. 1 lane.
An unknown number of parties who sustained minor injuries were assisted by responding paramedics. It remained unclear if anyone was hospitalized.
CHP is investigating to establish the cause of the collision.
