A white van was traveling eastbound on Indian School Road when the driver failed to stop for a red light and collided with a motorcyclist traveling north on Third Avenue
Phoenix, AZ.- A Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office sergeant riding a motorcycle was injured in a collision in central Phoenix on Wenesday night, according to the authorities.
The wreck happened on Indian School Road and Third Avenue.
A white van was traveling eastbound on Indian School Road when the driver failed to stop for a red light and collided with a motorcyclist traveling north on Third Avenue.
The motorcyclist was taken to a hospital with serious injuries and was said to be in stable condition.
Authorities reported that speed and impairment were not suspected to have payed a role in the incident.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
