Marc Ferneau and Laura March Injured in Napa Motorcycle Accident on Highway 29

Napa, California (April 11, 2022) – Two people were injured in a motorcycle accident on Saturday night near Calistoga.

The accident was reported at around 9:45 p.m. on Highway 29 near Diamond Mountain Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.

56-year-old Marc Ferneau and his passenger, 57-year-old Laura M. March were riding a 2018 Harley-Davidson Road Glide southbound on Highway 29 when they drifted across the centerline for unknown reasons and collided head-on with an oncoming 2021 Ford F-150 pickup truck.

2 Napa Residents Injured in Motorcycle Accident on Highway 29

Ferneau, a resident of Napa, was transported to Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital for treatment of major injuries.

March, a St. Helena resident, was also seriously injured in the accident and was rushed to Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center.

More details about the accident were not provided.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
