Buttonwillow, CA – A man was killed Monday afternoon in a two-vehicle collision near Buttonwillow, according to the CHP.

The fatal collision happened around 12:02 p.m. on September 15 on northbound Interstate 5 north of Rowlee Road.

The Toyota driver was taken to Kern Medical with moderate injuries.

Drugs or alcohol were not a factor in the collision.
