Modesto, CA – A man was killed in a two-vehicle collision Thursday morning on Orangeburg Avenue in Modesto.
According to the Modesto Police Department, the grisly wreck happened around 10 a.m. on West Orangeburg Avenue near Evergreen Drive.
The police said the driver of a black Ford Mustang was going eastbound on West Orangeburg when he collided with a Dodge Ram near the Evergreen Drive intersection.
The driver of the Mustang suffered major injuries and was taken to the hospital, where they were pronounced dead.
The driver and passenger of the Ram were uninjured.
The identity of the deceased was not immediately disclosed.
No additional details regarding the collision were provided.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
