According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at around 7:33 p.m. on the eastbound State Route 37 just east of Skaggs Island Road.
A black Toyota Highlander and a silver Chevrolet Impreza were involved in the traffic collision. The manner in which they collided was not immediately established.
One male driver suffered minor injuries in the accident.
