Man Dies, 2 Hospitalized after Police Chase End in Crash at Gentian Avenue in Moreno Valley

Moreno Valley, CA. – A man was killed and two others were seriously injured after a police chase ended in crash in Moreno Valley early Thursday morning.

According to the authorities, the incident happened on Gentian Avenue on March 29.

Reports indicated that at around 1 a.m. the police initiated a traffic stop to a K900 at Perris and Sunnymead Boulevards when the driver failed to stop. The then police pursued the vehicle.

The driver continued racing on the eastbound Gentian Avenue when for unknown reason lost control of his car and crashed into two parked vehicles.

A man, whose name was not disclosed died and the scene and two others were rushed to a hospital with serious injuries.

More details regarding the wreck was not provided.

An investigation is ongoing.
