At Least 1 Hurt in Mission Bay Accident on West Mission Bay Drive
Mission Bay, California (May 27, 2023) – At least one person sustained major injuries in a motorcycle crash in Mission Bay on Saturday afternoon, according to the San Diego Police Department.
The crash occurred in the 1000 block of West Mission Bay Drive at about 4:15 p.m.
A motorcycle and a vehicle were involved in the crash.
Details on what led up to the incident were not immediately released.
Authorities said there were major injuries in the accident.
The crash caused a closure of the eastbound side of West Mission Bay Drive for nearly one hour.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
