At Least 1 Seriously Hurt in Lemon Cove Accident at Highway 198 and Avenue 324
Lemon Cove, California (July 2, 2023) – At least one person was seriously injured after a traffic collision at an intersection in Lemon Cove Sunday afternoon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the wreck occurred on eastbound Highway 198, just west of Avenue 324, at about 1:43 p.m.
A white SUV and a grey Ford Mustang were involved in the mishap. The manner in which they collided was not immediately established.
Authorities said possibly three parties sustained major injuries in a car accident.
Tow trucks were requested for both of the vehicles involved.
All lanes were shut down during the on-scene investigation.
