Glendale, AZ.- A woman was killed in a collision that took place in Glendale on Sunday, according to the Glendale Police Department.
The wreck took place on 67th Avenue near Utopia Road on February 23.
According to police, a driver traveling south on 67th Avenue collided with a vehicle that turned into its path.
The two drivers were rushed to a hospital, where one of them was pronounced deceased.
The victim was identified as Lydia Gonzales, 79.
According to the police, speed is suspected to have played a role in the incident.
