Los Angeles, CA – A pedestrian was hit and injured by a vehicle early Tuesday morning on a freeway in the Montecito Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles.

The incident was reported around 2:57 a.m. on September 22, 2026, 2026 on the Arroyo Seco (110) Parkway near Pasadena Avenue.

According to the California Highway Patrol, an unidentified pedestrian was in traffic lanes when she was hit by a vehicle under unclear circumstances.

The victim was hospitalized with unknown injuries.

The driver stopped and remained at the scene after the collision.

Investigators issued a SigAlert closing the Nos. 2 and 3 lanes of the 110 Freeway near Pasadena Avenue for investigation. The SigAlert was canceled at 4:12 a.m.
