Los Angeles, CA – Man in His 70s Hit and Killed by Car on Roscoe Boulevard

According to authorities, a man in his 70s was walking in an unmarked crosswalk when he was hit by a car heading westbound on Roscoe.

Los Angeles, CA – A man in his 70s died after he was struck by a vehicle Saturday evening in Winnetka, the Los Angeles Police Department reported.

The incident took place around 8:10 p.m. on September 11, 2026, in the 20000 block of Roscoe Boulevard, east of Winnetka Avenue.

According to authorities, a man in his 70s was walking in an unmarked crosswalk when he was hit by a car heading westbound on Roscoe.

Paramedics responded and transported the pedestrian to the hospital, where he later died from his injuries.

The driver stopped and cooperated with investigators.

An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
