According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident transpired around 11:54 a.m., May 4, on the Howard Hughes Parkway on-ramp to the northbound 405 Freeway.
A black Toyota 4Runner and a motorcycle were involved in the accident.
Firefighters responded to the scene and transported one person to the hospital with unknown injuries.
The car was towed away with a flat right tire.
