Linn County, OR – The Oregon State Police has identified Kylie Rae , 37, of Sweet Home, as a driver killed in a head-on crash Tuesday morning on Highway 228 in Linn County.

The mishap was reported at around 7:52 a.m. February 18 on State Route 228 near milepost 10.

Reportedly, an eastbound Chevrolet Silverado, operated by Natosha Lynn Wells, 40, of , crossed the centerline and collided head-on with a westbound Chevrolet Trax, driven by Campbell.

Campbell was declared deceased at the scene.

Wells suffered minor injuries and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.

The highway was impacted for approximately three hours during the on-scene investigation.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
