A Toyota Camry and a Lexus RX400 were involved in the crash in the southbound lanes of the highway

Vancouver, CA.- A woman was killed in a traffic collision in Vancouver on Thursday afternoon, according to the Clark County Sheriff's Office.
The wreck happened at about 1 p.m. March 29, on NE Highway 99.
A Toyota Camry and a Lexus RX400 were involved in the crash in the southbound lanes of the highway.
Authorities reprted that one of the drivers is suspected to have been speeding prior to the collision.
The driver of the Toyota was rushed to a hospital, where she was pronounced deceased.
She was identified as Kimberly Butler, 56.
The three occupants of the Lexus attempted to flee the scene but the driver was detained by witnesses.
The driver, identified as Diego Quintana, 20, of Portland, Oregon, was taken to a hospital for treatment.
On Friday, Quintana was booked into the Clark County jail on multiple charges including vehicular homicide, hit-and-run causing death, DUI, and resisting arrest.
An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
