Kevin De La Cruz Severely Hurt in Portland 2-Vehicle Collision at Northeast Alberta Street and Northeast Cully Boulevard

Portland, OR – Kevin DeJesus Mendoza De La Cruz,27, of Portland, and a second driver were hospitalized after a traffic collision at an intersection in Portland Saturday morning.
According to the Portland Police Bureau, the wreck occurred shortly before 9:30 a.m. on January 17 at Northeast Alberta Street and Northeast Cully Boulevard.
De La Cruz was driving his Honda Accord while intoxicated when he crashed into a Kia Sorento.
The incident caused damage to a parked Subaru.
De La Cruz and the driver of the Sorento were rushed to the hospital with severe injuries for treatment.
De La Cruz was later cited for driving while intoxicated and reckless driving.

The wreck remains under investigation.
