San Bernardino, CA. – Kaleb Garcilazo, 25, has been identified as the man who was killed in a head-on collision on Tuesday morning in San Bernardino.
The accident happened around 9:42 a.m. near the intersection of Kendall Drive and Pine Avenue, according to the San Bernardino Police Department.
Garcilazo was driving a white Toyota Camry eastbound when he crossed over the double yellow lines and collided with a westbound Omnitrans bus.
The impact of the collision caused the Omnitrans bus to veer into the westbound lane and collide with a red Toyota Corolla.
Garcilazo, a resident of Hesperia, was killed in the accident.
The drivers of both the bus and the Corolla were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
