Bystanders and medical personnel performed CPR on the rider, but the man succumbed to his injuries at the scene
Redding, CA. – Justin Ryan Schindler, 38, of Millville, has been identified by the Shasta County Coroner’s Office as the motorcyclist who died in a collision on Wednesday morning in Redding.
According to the Redding Police Department, the fatal motorcycle accident happened around 6:55 a.m. on Churn Creek Road just north of Presidio Street.
The man was riding a motorcycle when he drifted into the opposite lanes and collided head-on with a box truck.

Information about the condition of the truck driver was not released.
