James Antonini Killed in Petaluma Motorcycle Crash on Bodega Avenue

Petaluma, Calif. – James Antonini II, 52, has been identified by the Sonoma County Coroner’s Office as the motorcyclist who died in a crash last week in Petaluma.

The fatal motorcycle accident happened on Bodega Avenue near Rohde Lane at around 5:15 p.m. on December 13.

The Petaluma man was riding a motorcycle west on Bodega when he collided with a Mazda SUV as it turned left from southbound Ahern Lane onto eastbound Bodega.

The rider was ejected from the bike and was transported to an area hospital where he died while receiving treatment.

More details about the accident were not released.

An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
