Inglewood, CA – At least one person was injured in a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 405 in Inglewood Thursday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision occurred at approximately 2:44 p.m. on February 12 on northbound Interstate 405 just north of W Hillcrest Boulevard.
CHP reports indicate the crash involved three vehicles, including a white Ford Mustang Mach-E and a gray Tesla.
The vehicles were blocking multiple lanes following the impact, including the fast lane and the No. 3 lane. One black SUV was reported on the right shoulder.
At one point, the No. 1 lane and part of the No. 2 lane were blocked, and all northbound lanes were temporarily stopped.

Fire personnel and CHP officers responded to the scene. LAPD officers also assisted with traffic control as emergency crews worked to clear the roadway.
Tow trucks were requested for a Tesla and a Ford Mustang Mach-E involved in the crash.
The accident caused significant traffic disruption along northbound I-405, with multiple lanes blocked for a period of time.
By approximately 3:12 p.m., lanes three and four were reopened, and by 3:36 p.m., all lanes were reported open to traffic.
