According to the investigators, Bahle was driving a truck that was involved in a crash with an Eatonville School district bus

Graham, WA – The driver who was killed in a collision involving a school bus in Graham on Thursday evening has been identified.
According to a report by the Washington State Patrol, Manfred Bahle, 79, died following the accident that took place on State Route 161 near Frontier Park at around 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 11.
According to the investigators, Bahle was driving a truck that was involved in a crash with an Eatonville School district bus. The bus, enroute to Eatonville, was carrying Eatonville Middle School eighth grade students from a field trip.
Bahle was initially reported to have sustained critical injuries but authorities later confirmed that he had succumbed to his injuries.
40 students were aboard the bus at the time of the accident and one of them was taken to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries. The other bus occupants were evaluated by medics at the scene.
The accident led to the closure of SR 161 in both directions as authorities examined and cleared the scene.
The Washington State Patrol is investigating the cause of the deadly crash.
