Fullerton, CA – One person was sent to the hospital after a head-on collision that happened Wednesday evening at an intersection in Fullerton.
The incident transpired around Woods Avenue and Orangethorpe Avenue just after 8:30 p.m. on March 4.

One person was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.
