Fresno County, CA.- One person was injured in a two-vehicle collision that sent one car crashing onto a pole in Fresno County on Monday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The wreck took place at about 6:30 a.m. at the Shields and Grantland avenue intersection.
According to CHP, a truck driver failed to stop for a stop sign at the intersection and crashed into a Lexus. The impact sent the Lexus crashing onto a street pole.
One person was transported to a hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.
