Bakersfield, CA. – One person suffered fatal injuries in a two-vehicle collision on River Boulevard in Bakersfield Sunday afternoon.
According to a police report, the incident was reported at around 4:26 p.m. on River Boulevard and Benard Street.
Two vehicles were involved in the wreck. A motorcycle had stopped on the right-hand shoulder but it was unclear whether it was involved in the crash.
One person was killed in the accident.
The identity of the deceased was released pending notification of the next of kin.
