Tracy, CA. – Authorities are investigating a deadly traffic collision on South Chrisman Road in Tracy Friday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at around 8 a.m. on South Chrisman Road and West Bates Road.
Reportedly, a vehicle ran through crossing arms and was struck by an Amtrack train.
One person was killed in the accident.
The identity of the deceased was not immediately released.
