Fallbrook, CA – Injuries were reported in a collision between two vehicles on Thursday evening in Fallbrook, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The head-on accident took place at around 5:07 p.m. April 23, at 1346 South Mission Road near Almond Street.

Investigations revealed that a white Dodge Dart collided head-on with a Toyota Tacoma in the area. Details on what led up to the crash were not immediately available.
