Fontana, Calif. – A 56-year-old woman was killed after being struck by a vehicle on Randall Street in Fontana Friday evening, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department.
The fatal collision happened at 5:14 PM, on Friday, December 15, 2023, on 17000 block of Randall Street.
The California Highway Patrol officers responded to the scene of the traffic collision and located the pedestrian, identified as 56-year-old Eva Vera, a resident of Fontana suffering from life-threatening injuries after being struck by a vehicle.
Vera was transported to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center and was pronounced dead at 5:56 PM.
No additional details regarding the incident were provided.
The crash remains under investigation.
