A man was driving a GMC Yukon east on Foxworthy Avenue when he attempted to pass a Subaru Forester and collided head-on with a Honda CRV.
San Jose, CA.- The person who was killed in car crash in San Jose on Saturday afternoon has been identified as Ellen Orcutt, 74, according to San Jose police.
The crash took place at around 2:30 p.m. October 25, in the area near Foxworthy and Jarvis avenues.
A man was driving a GMC Yukon east on Foxworthy Avenue when he attempted to pass a Subaru Forester and collided head-on with a Honda CRV.
Orcutt was the driver of the Honda and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The Yukon driver was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
