El Dorado County, CA– A 7-year-old boy was injured in a motorcycle collision in the National Forest in El Dorado County last week on Saturday, according to a report by the California Highway Patrol.

The two-vehicle incident was reported at around 4 p.m. November 29, on 1 Eye Creek Road south of Rock Creek Road.

According to CHP, the 7-year-old boy was riding a Kawasaki motorbike when he crashed into the rear of a Polaris Razor vehicle.

The boy was transported to a hospital with major injuries. There was no update on the condition of the Polaris driver.

The California Highway Patrol is working to establish the cause of the collision.
