According to police, Gemrose was riding a motorcycle northbound on Kolb Road when he collided with a southbound Prius that was turning left into a shopping center

Tucson, AZ.– A motorcyclist who was killed in a two-vehicle collision in Tucson on Sunday has been identifed as Drake Edward Gemrose, 28, according to the Tucson Police Department.
The crash took place on Kolb Road and Broadway Boulevard on Sunday, August 31.
According to police, Gemrose was riding a motorcycle northbound on Kolb Road when he collided with a southbound Prius that was turning left into a shopping center.
Gemrose was wearing a helmet and was taken to a hospital with major injuries.
He was pronounced deceased at the hospital on Monday, September 1.
The driver of the Prius stayed at the scene and was not suspected of DUI.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
