Davis, CA – 1 Killed, 1 Seriously Injured in 2-Vehicle Crash on County Road 97D

Yolo County, CA – One person is dead and another has been hospitalized following a two-vehicle crash on County Road 97D near Davis, according to the CHP.

The collision was reported around 7:59 p.m. today on County Road 97D near Russell Boulevard.

CHP said two vehicles collided and one came to rest on its side after the impact.

One person was killed in the crash, and another was transported to the hospital with major injuries. A coroner was requested to respond to the scene. The victim’s name has not been released.

Two tow trucks were called to remove the vehicles involved in the collision. The circumstances leading to the crash remain under investigation.
