Damian Lanctot Killed in Alba Road Accident in Ben Lomond
Ben Lomond, California (July 25, 2022) – Damian Lanctot, 39, of Ben Lomond, has been identified as the motorcyclist who was killed in a crash that happened in Ben Lomond on Saturday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The wreck happened on Alba Road, east of Western Avenue just before 3:17 p.m. on July 23.
According to the CHP, Lanctot was riding a 2019 Honda motorcycle east on Alba Road when he collided with a westbound 2021 Toyota 4Runner.
Lanctot was ejected from his motorcycle following the crash and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The Toyota left the roadway after the crash and collided with a tree.
The driver of the Toyota, a 51-year-old Ben Lomond woman, was taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
Alcohol and drugs were not suspected to have played a role in the incident, which remained under investigation.
