Peoria, AZ – A woman who was killed following a two-vehicle crash in Peoria Thursday afternoon has been identified, according to Peoria police.
The police identified the deceased woman as Crystal Tena, 43, of Goodyear.
The deadly accident occurred shortly after noon on October 23 on State Route 74 near Lake Pleasant Road.
Investigators said a Dodge Ram travelling westbound on SR 74 was attempting to pass slower vehicles when it struck head-on a westbound Ford Bronco driven by Tena.
Tena was declared dead at the scene. The driver of the Dodge was hospitalized with serious injuries.
