Petaluma, CA – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash investigating a fatal traffic collision involving at least three vehicles that occurred Tuesday afternoon on Lakeville Highway in Petaluma.
The deadly accident happened at about 2:11 p.m. near the intersection of Lakeville Highway and Dustman Road.
As per the CHP, a Ford F150, a black Toyota Sienta, and a Chevrolet truck were involved in the crash.
Authorities say at least one person died in the accident. The identity of the victim was not immediately released.
Both northbound and southbound lanes of Lakeville Highway are blocked and were reopened at about 5:12 p.m.
The incident remains under investigation.
