Lake Elsinore, CA. – At least one person was killed in a traffic collision that happened Friday afternoon in Lake Elsinore, the California Highway Patrol reported.

Authorities said two vehicles were involved in the accident.

The westbound lanes of the highway were closed for an unknown period following the crash.
