Wildomar, CA – A man died in a pedestrian accident that happened Saturday morning near an intersection in Wildomar, the Riverside County Sheriff's Department reported.
The incident occurred around 7:30 a.m., December 27, near Sedco Boulevard and Mission Trail.
The man was hit by a car under unclear circumstances.
First responders found the victim in the roadway with major injuries. The man was rushed to the hospital, where he later died.
The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
The accident is under investigation by the Lake Elsinore station's traffic department.
