Burbank, CA – A man and a woman were injured when an electrice motorcycle they were riding on collided with a vehicle at an intersection in Burbank on Tuesday night.

According to a report by the Burbank Police Department, the collision happened at around 11:03 p.m. July 28, on Hollywood Way and Alameda Avenue.

Investigations revealed that a man and a woman in their late teens or early 20s were riding on an e-bike when they got into an accident with at least one vehicle at the intersection. There were no details on what may have led up to the collision.

The two riders were transported to a hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.

The other driver was uninjured and remained at the scene after the collision.

The driver was cooperative with law enforcement and no arrests were made in connection with the accident.

According to police, impairment was not suspected to have played any role in the accident, which remained under investigation.
