Los Angeles, CA – The Manhattan Beach Police Department has identified a victim killed in a hit-and-run pedestrian crash in Manhattan Beach early Sunday morning.
The mishap was reported at around 1 a.m. on May 4 on Sepulveda Boulevard.
Reports revealed that 33-year-old Jenia Belt was driving on the roadway when she hit Levi.
Levi was pronounced dead at the crash site.
Belt is facing possible DUI and murder charges. She's being held without bail.
