Rider Hurt in Marysville Bicycle Crash on Beale Road and Alpine Way
Marysville, California (September 1, 2022) – A bicyclist was struck and injured by a vehicle at an intersection in Marysville on Thursday morning, accmording to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident took place in the area of Beale Road and Alpine Way at around 7:27 a.m.
CHP said a gray Toyota sedan and the bicyclist collided under unclear circumstances.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and attended to the injured motorcyclist. There was no update on the condition of the motorcycle rider.
The involved vehicle stopped at the scene after the collision.
The eastbound and westbound lanes of Beale Road were closed for the investigation.
The CHP is working to determine the cause of the accident.
