San Diego, CA. – A cyclist died in a head-on collision with another bicyclist Thursday morning in Lake Murray, the San Diego Police Department reported.
The incident occurred around 7:25 a.m. on a bike path near Lake Murray Boulevard.
Police said two cyclists were traveling at a “pretty good speed” when they collided head-on with each other.
One of the riders was pronounced dead at the scene.
The other bicyclist was hospitalized in unknown condition.
