Authorities said the crash occurred on August 8 just outside the restaurant located along Donnelly Avenue.

Burlingame, CA. – 4-year-old Ayden Fang has been identified as the boy who was fatally struck by a car Friday night outside the Truffle Poke Bar restaurant in downtown Burlingame.
Authorities said the crash occurred on August 8 just outside the restaurant located along Donnelly Avenue.
Ayden's family was reportedly meeting another family whose 6-year-old girl was also injured in the crash at the restaurant that night when the accident happened.
Ayden and the girl were reportedly done eating and were right outside the restaurant playing while their parents were inside.
Investigators said at that time, a 19-year-old woman pulled her sedan in front of an e-bike operated by an 11-year-old child, and the e-bike hit the vehicle.
The woman then accelerated across a street and jumped a curb, then onto the sidewalk, where she hit Ayden and the girl.
Ayden died from injuries sustained in the crash.
The girl was hospitalized at Stanford Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police said it appears the e-bike was obeying traffic laws, both local and state, when the sedan pulled in its path.
The driver stopped and stayed at the scene.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
